The service is free. It is for drawing, checking and building agility courses — on the web and in the iPhone app. It may change, grow or stop; a larger change will be announced on the website.

An account is optional and belongs to whoever signs in with their e-mail. You are responsible for what is done with it. You can delete it any time on the Account page or in the iPhone app.

Your courses are yours. MapAgi stores them only so they are available on your devices. Sharing publishes a copy for anyone who gets the link — share other people's courses only with their consent.

Fair use: MapAgi is not for storing anything but courses, for flooding it or for getting round its limits. Such an account or link may be deleted.

Checks and AR are aids. The checks against the FCI agility rules are warnings only, and augmented reality shows where the equipment goes as accurately as the phone can. Whoever builds the course is always responsible for it and for the safety of dogs and people — check it with a tape and your own eyes before anyone runs it.

No warranty: the service is provided as it is. We are not liable for damage arising from its use, as far as the law allows.
